Jomia Transport LLC, operating as Jomia Med Transport, collects only the information needed to arrange and complete a transportation request: name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination addresses, trip dates and any mobility or assistance details you choose to share.

How we use information

Information is used to schedule trips, assign an appropriate vehicle and driver, contact you about a booking, and keep basic records for billing. We do not sell rider information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to complete a trip or where required by law.

Health-related details

Details such as wheelchair use, oxygen equipment or transfer assistance are recorded only so the correct vehicle and support arrive. They are shared with the assigned driver and no one else.

Retention and security

Records are kept only as long as needed for operational and accounting purposes and are stored with reasonable safeguards against unauthorised access.

Your choices
