No. We provide transportation and mobility assistance only, not clinical or emergency care. In an emergency, call 911.
Yes. Ramp-equipped vehicles with four-point securement and an occupant belt mean riders stay in their own wheelchair for the whole trip.
24 to 48 hours ahead is ideal for a specific pickup time. Recurring treatment schedules can be booked weeks ahead, and shorter notice is always worth a call.
Yes. A family member or caregiver can usually ride along at no extra charge. Mention it when booking so the right vehicle is assigned.
For shorter appointments the driver can often wait on site. For longer procedures we schedule a return pickup and confirm it by phone.
